Staff
INNERPATHWORKS staff uses a combination of coaching, consulting and mentoring styles of instruction.
- Coaching is direct interaction with student/s based on specific curriculum or personal goals the student has chosen for his or herself.
- Consulting is helping the student define and understand resources and options available to them. The final decision rests with the student.
- True mentoring is almost invisible to the student. The mentor provides experiences meant to lead a student to a critical edge where the most transition and personal empowerment is the result.
